Meetings are both fun and educational and are generally held from 1:30 to 4:30 PM the first Wednesday of the last month of every quarter (March, June, September and December) at the IBM Offices near Tuttle Mall.
Typically, our meetings are a combination of new product demonstrations and how-to sessions that help keep everyone up to date on the latest technologies and techniques in the Notes/Domino world.
During each meeting, there is time specifically set aside for sharing issues, questions and problems with the crowd: more often than not, somebody there can help you solve problems you're having a hard time finding a way around, and everyone is willing to share their experiences.
How to join...
So, how do you join? It's easy...just show up for a meeting.There's nothing to pay (it's absolutely, positively, completely and totally FREE), there's nothing you have to do (although we'd love to have your ideas and input), and there's nothing to lose (except, maybe a few misconceptions, bad habits, poor techniques...you get the idea).
Best of all, you are almost certain to come out of the meeting with at least one new idea to take back to work with you.
So why not give it a try? Get out of your cubicle, step away from the monitor, and come out to the next meeting. You'll be glad you did!
